This is the worst shipping company I've ever met. If they don't like your address they refuse to go there or try to charge additional money for it (for the local drive withing Brooklyn). They did not appear on the scheduled time and even did not call to inform me that they cancelled their service because it was not convenient to drive to my location. When I called to the agency to ask why they did not come the owner of the business was extremely rude, not even said "Sorry" for the cancelled service and my wasted time. Avoid this agency. They don't respect customers.
