Going down like the economy
This place has gone down in quality, both in building interior/exterior and the dancers that work there. However, if you're looking to just oogle anyone, this place is cheap enough but it won't have you coming back for more.

You get what you pay for at the Brass Rail. Yes this is a dive bar. yes the girls have definitly seen better days, but if you want to oogle at trampy women, this is your spot.
