Nothing but trouble! Had the unfortunate experience of using Mr. Boyd's company through a contractor who was renovating my back patio. Uses incompetant workers. Does not follow up on work performed. When his workers installed my home generator, they installed a 100Amp transfer box, when it was supposed to be a 200Amp box, and with no way to cut off power to the box. The box caught fire. I had to call out another company to temporarily fix the problem. When Boyd finally came out to inspect the sitiuation, he blamed it all on workers who no longer worked for him. He also said that it would be fixed in a week, and that he would reimberse the fee from the other company. Long story short, Boyd ignored all forms of communication. Had to take him to small claims court for $2400.00 and I won. He still has not paid. Had to file a lien on his property. Have heard that this is not the first time. Avoid him at all costs!
