This firm is known for dedicated assistance to those in need of legal services. 20 yr.+ legal veteran David Bosworth is assisted by trained legal assistants Renee Hampton and Linda Cortez.
Primary service is to businesses through the company counsel program - similar to the services that a company owner/manager would expect from in-house legal counsel, but with lower overall costs to the company. Mr. Bosworth and assistant Ms. Cortez meet with company personnel regularly in order to maximize business opportunities, prevent legal problems, and educate the staff.
The firm provides services to purchasers, sellers, owners, and lenders in the real estate and business sale areas.
Family Law services are provided by Mr. Bosworth and Ms. Hampton. Divorce, child support and custody, property division are handled competently and completely.

NEVER AGAIN

This is the most incompetent attorney I have ever met. This attorney cost me $21,500 in profits when he could not close on two properties I was planning on purchasing. I had sellers come from out of town and the day of closing he says he needs to further research judgements on the properties. This was so unacceptable b/c he was given the contracts 45 days prior to closing and did absolutely no research until the night before. If you're thinking about using this attorney, trust me THINK AGAIN. He doesn't return phone calls and his receptionist is rude.

This person posted this anonymously last year, but never sent me a copy for a response. However, we ran across it lately, and I must respond.

This person is real estate flipper, attempting to find distressed properties and, rather than buy and invest, simply tries to assign the contract and take a finders fee. Now, I'm not one to criticize how a person makes money, as my office motto shows.

These transactions were a set of two contracts that were brought in to the office at about the same time. He brought these in because we had done a proficient job on a contract for deed subject to VA financing - a very technical transaction which seemed to go well (but I don't see a postive review on that one (?!)).

The contracts, typical for a flipper had $0 earnest money (i.e. no risk for the buyer), and they provided for a THIRTY day option, which extended BEYOND the contract closing date! In other words, this was simply a document to tie up the property until an assignee
