Warm and welcoming
I have been to several "spas" over the years and am always made to feel like I am not cool or hip enough to patronize them...but not so for Body Serene, where the staff is consistently kind, warm, and friendly. Welcoming too!

I've been to Body Serene for massages and once for a pedicure. It's a beautiful place and definitely the "spa" experience.
