They never delivered my furniture!
Bo Concept has nice designs and sleek appealing furniture, but I placed an order at the Bo Concept store in Miami and they never delivered my order. It is criminal how I have been treated and the actions Bo Concept has taken to avoid delivering my order. Buyer please BEWARE!!! Nice furniture is great if the store actually delivers it. I cannot believe they think they can take your money and then simply not deliver an order. To make things worse when I tried to resolve the issue they fought tenaciously not to refund or credit the charges It has been unbelievable. This store is a nightmare. Stay away from this store!!! Trust me.
