Terrible Customer Service
I purchased some cycling shoes from this company and upon delivery they weren't what I was expecting from the online description. I tried calling to return them and they were extremely rude on the phone and wouldn't accept a return even though they have never been worn and they are still selling them online! I realize it has been 34 days since I ordered them and their return policy is within 30 days, but they should be a little understanding and should certainly be a little more courteous when dealing with customers.Worldwide > United States > Huntington Park, CA > Active Life
