Horrible! worst ever experience - DON'T GO !!!
I get weekly pedi's - usually near my home downtown. I had time on my hands and decided to give blooming nails a try b/c its close to work. The staff was rude. they asked for extra for a massage, once i said no.. they did not even give...Worldwide > United States > New York, NY > Nail Salons
