Terrible Experience. I WISH ID GONE ELSEWHERE. In my opinion, Blade powersports is not a trustworthy business. If you look on the Better business bureau's website they have 2 other unresolved complaints, and their are people on other websites complaining about their products and service. I bought parts from them because they said they could send them out right away, and I needed them right away. 9 days after I ordered the pats, they still hadnt sent them. I had called 6 times over the 9 day period making sure they had sent them out. Each day they said they would do it that day or the next. On the 10th day I asked to cancel my order because I no longer needed the parts. The owner, Stu, said hed refund me that day. He said it would take a couple days to go back on my debi card, and forgot about it for a couple weeks. I looked thru my statements and realized he never refunded me. I called, and they said they hadnt refunded me but would do it that day. Over the next 2 wwks I called them 6 more times about my refund, each time they said they would do it right away that day, but still have. Its been 9 WEEKS since they said theyd refund me!
