Absolutely Horrible!!!
We have tried it a few times giving them a chance to redeem themselves. However, instead of improving, it has got progressively worse each time. The most recent trip: Wait time for table = 10 minutes (not too bad).

While shopping Friday 5/27/2011 at the Mall of Louisiana my wife told me she was starved. Bj's was right there, so I wheeled in. From the very begining I had a strange feeling as a group of teenage employees were at the front hostess...Worldwide > United States > Baton Rouge, LA > Pizza
