Took 8 weeks to repair furnace. Replaced part after part until furnace repaired. Repair failed it less than 4 months.

Geothermal heat pump installation
Bill Spade Electric, Heating, and Cooling installed two geothermal heat pump systems in our existing home shortly after we moved in. We were very pleased with the customer service and the installations. The geothermal systems have worked efficiently since they were installed and have saved us a substantial amount of money on our utility bills. We also had them do some electrical repairs which we were equally as pleased with. We would highly recommend them for anyone interested in having a geothermal system installed.

Great service and installation teams
I have been nothing but impressed with Bill Spade and his team. They all knew exactly what need to be done when installing and maintaining my geothermal system. I have had no problems concerning prompt service, neatness, and proffesionalism. Call Mr. Spade before anyone else because it's hard to fix something that someone else installs and is not correct to begin with.

Poor experience
We have found this contractor to be unpleasant to work with. Adequate at the start when he presented himself but when problems were found with his work, we experienced terrible customer service. Only contact with a review agency alerting them of his unprofessionalism and poor workmanship prompted a response from Spade which was offensive.
