Won't go anywhere else
We love Kay, the owner! She is friendly and helpful, and Betscher's service is very efficient. We switched to Betscher's from another place on Oak Park Avenue after an expensive wool sweater got stretched out and ruined. We have never been disappointent with Betscher's.

The wife and I finally agree on something
I love their attention to detail. I brought in a suite jacket which they did an excellent job on and without asking tightened the buttons for me; something that I forgot to ask for and wouldn’t have been done at my old cleaners was I not to ask them to.
