great place for bikes
This place has been around forever. My wife can remember shopping for sneakers here as a kid. My daughter just got a tricycle for her birthday from here and it's like no other out there, high quality.

Best bike shop in OP
This place in Orchard Park has been around since I was a kid. I bought my first 2 bikes from this place. They have a wide selection of children and adult bikes. If you are in need of accessories such as helmets, knee pads, or shin guards they have a vast array of options.

great for bikes but forget it if you are buying a motorcycle
ok prices but for the three times i've been there, the staff knows NOTHING about motorcycle equipment if you need answers. save the aggravation and go to another dealership

poor bike assembly
i bought a bike at berts and it pretty much fell apart 3 months later. went to replace the rear bearings and found out they never lubed them up. now i cant replace the bearings because there is nothing left of the old ones to compare to.

Super service and very helpful
I have been a customer for 20+ years and have always been treated wonderful. I find the negative comments, ie. no lube in wheel bearings would have been a warranty problem and I know, from experience, that they would have replaced the wheel. The wheels come pre lubed.
