Avoid the headache and stress and rent from someone else. Nothing this company has to offer is worth the trouble they cause you. They repeatedly ignore repair requests even on major things. They will blame the vendors or the owners, anyone other than someone who actually works for Bennett. If you make the mistake of renting from them prior to checking out their reviews everywhere like I did then you need to become familiar with the Arizona Tenants Rights - simply google it. If your situation is anything like mine was you will have to tell them the actual article they are violating or tell them you are going to fix whatever is wrong and then deduct it from your rent to get anything done. I wouldn't let my worst enemy, much less a friend rent from this company!
