I ordered my wedding dress, veil, and all 6 bridesmaid dresses through Bella Notte back in March. I have recently discovered that all my bridesmaid dresses were not ordered by calling the company who makes the dresses directly, Tracey (owner of Bella Notte) gave me a false processing number to verify as well as discovering that my wedding dress has been sitting at the designers shop for over a month now due to Tracey not paying them. When I threatened her to go to the police, she finally shipped out my veil, but has since disconnected all phones. I am out $2000 over this shop and my wedding is on Sept. 4th. I also went to her shop today and there is a broken key in the door lock and no wedding dresses in her store and a huge sample sale in her window. I have also filed a police report and plan to sue for all charges as well as any future costs that I will have to put out for my dress now. It is really unfortunate that Tracey couldn\'t just tell me the truth, but instead had to make a web of lies!

I ordered a wedding dress and paid in full (BIG MISTAKE)!! And the dress was promised in June, but now I can't get in touch with anyone at the store. The store is closed during business hours when it says it's supposed to be open. I have left countless messages, have stopped by multiple time and no one has responded back. I have no dress and no way of contacting the owner or anyone at the store! This is the most stressful experience! Please avoid this store like the plague! I don't even know if they ordered my dress or just took my money and ran!
