They got the smell out.
This place actually managed to get the cat pee smell out of my husbands leather trench coat. For that alone they get rave reviews. It's hard to get a set-in smell like that out of leather, but they did it!

Don't go to this place unless you want your clothes returned torn! I gave them an expensive suit to dry-clean and I explicitly showed the lady that the full suit was intact with no damage.
