Excellent services!
I have been going to Beauti-works since they opened and have enjoyed many of their services. Their tanning beds are always nice and clean. Nelda, my hair stylest is awesome! You should check it out!

Wish there were negative stars to choose when rating this place...
I had a horrible experience at Waterford Orlando Beauti-works starting from the stylist Jessica and ending with the owner Janet. The hair color they used was incorrect, it was purple! And when I brought it to the stylists attention she said she "ran out" of the color that I had asked for when I made the appointment. She even asked "What's wrong with purple?" I was in shock as she kept doing the hair until someone from the front overheard my complaints and had to make a run to the local Sally Beauty Supply store to get the right color. The stylist mother and sister came in as she was doing my hair and they spoke back and forth in an language I don't speak. It was very rude. They even made rude comments about the stylist next to her that was not in that day and started going through her stuff. It was so unprofessional! The stylist was sitting in a chair while doing my hair and I don't think she realized how much she was putting on because I asked for tips and got half a head of hair dye. She never apologized, never even admitted to doing wrong, only rolled her eyes at me and sighed loudly and after 4.5 hours in the salon with no drink even offered, she finally finished, walked into the rec room and shut the door all of the other stylist followed her in there and I was left with a rude front desk girl and that was it. She knew I was unhappy. I paid my $110 dollars for the very poor work I had done. I called the owner Janet 4 times now and have received one call back and unfortunately I missed it. I emailed her pictures of my hair and my phone number. She still hasn't called me back. It has been weeks now and I am going to get my hair fixed by another salon because you couldn't offer me a free coupon to go back to that place. You will not be happy.
