Thomas F. Bean was the attorney for my relatives estate. He would never return our calls or emails or answer his phone. But he did accidentally send us a link to a website where he could buy pharmaceutical drugs from canada (he told us he had a bad back and had to take several painkillers everyday). Turns out (we heard from a reliable source) that he has a drug problem. What is even worse is that he stole 90,000 from my mourning family. Then he strung us along and kept us frustrated and confused for over 2 years. When I threatened to call the proper authorities due to his behavior, he accused me of being out of line and said he didn't care for my threats. Then he continued to lie to us and had us drive through 3 states to meet him in cleveland at the county courthouse. He never showed. We waited and waited. Then we tried to complete the process without him. Turned out the papers he sent us were bogus because he never signed anything. He also never paid the taxes for the estate which he claimed to have done. He stole the money, and we were fined for not paying on time. It has been 3 years and we are still not settled on this estate. Although insurance has paid the money back, nothing could make up for the this terrible experience. It has been agonizing on many levels thanks to this pill popping lawyer who pretty much gives life to the cliche "Scumbag- Lawyer". I would never recommend this lawyer to anyone. Taking advantage of people who have just lost a loved one takes a special type of individual...Thomas F. Bean
