A nightmare!!!!

I yanked my son out after 2 days. During my visits to the school prior to registering him everything seemed great. I was told about all the activities they had for the children, given a daily schedule, and they stressed the fact that anyone other than myself would have to have a photo ID to pick up my son. Imagine my surprise when on his FIRST DAY my mother picked him up and no one ever asked for ID. She had never stepped foot in the building prior to that day. The second day I stressed the issue when I dropped him off. Another family member picked him up that day. They did ask for ID but it was pointless because no one checked to see if she was authorized.
Besides the obvious safety issue, my son never did any activities. When I dropped him off it was during "story time" & I never saw a book out. My son's WHITE shoes remained white & there was never dirt on the bottom (he's a toddler so if he was outside much I'm sure they would've gotten dirty). The last day he was there his clothes had been changed & even after they were asked about his belongings they not only failed to mention or explain the change, they never provided the dirty clothes (as if they had no clue he had been changed).
The day I went to pick up his belongings I was told the director wanted to speak w/ me & would be calling. I've never received a call even after calling & leaving her messages.
I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. The staff has no clue what's going on, the director has no interest, and ANYONE can walk out with your child!!!
