I tried to call this office to make an appointment with Dr. Barton. I live in Colleyville and was looking for a good doctor to see. After leaving a message during business hours, I never received a call back, FIRST RED FLAG. Next I waited and called back. Spoke to a lady on the phone whom told me that it would be best to schedule an appointment instead of doing a walk-in. I waited on hold for over 20+ minutes without them returning. Finally another lady answered and asked what she could do for me, RED FLAG #2. Obviously they don't need new patients or my money. I told them I would find another doctor. I will do all I can to let everyone in Colleyville, his place of practice, know that this place is a SHAM!!! Very unprofessional to leave people on the phone and never return their calls promptly. He will be out of business soon if they continue this way. Good riddance!!! My money will go elsewhere along with my family of 5.
