Not-So-Friendly staff, Dentists need more training
The staff is very friendly and helpful. BUT the dentists are not very through in thier work. I had a filling put in by one of the dentists there. It wasn't two days until my filling had started coming loose. I had to convince the staff that it was the filling put in by one of their dentists before I was even seen. Not a good experience, Will never go back.

Saff is awesome! I can always get in. I know what the costs are up front before leaving with an unknown bill. Dr james is down to earth. What other office is open 7:30-7:30 m-f and has sat apts? I fear the dentist and they have found ways to relieve that fear. They are even good to my 6 yr old son and hes a handful, they are the only ones who he'll listen to. Everyone knows our name and what events are happing in our lives, i just can't say enough....

Personal Care Dental actually makes it FUN to go to the dentist! I have had horrible fear of the dentist for many years, now I actually ENJOY my visits to the dentist. I never thought that was possible! My kids love it there, too. We are also cavity-free for two years thanks to the preventative care we receive.Worldwide > United States > Kansas City, MO > Dentists
