I love this guy!

I called him to resolve an emergency plumbing situation. I left a message but he returned my call immediately. He was, unfortunately, about 25 miles away on another job when he called. I explained that I would probably need someone to be on site very soon. He mentioned that he would be out of pocket for a few hours and gave me a referral to a different service. Then, a few hours later, he called to follow up and make sure I was taken care of. He offered to still come by and help if I needed assistance. That was at 9:00 pm! Really nice guy.

PROS: Really nice guy and customer service oriented.

Clifford Ball is a dishonest and incompetent plumber, imo.

He ripped us off for $810 - charged us $135 per hr. for 6 hrs.

He charged us for time he spent driving from our house back to his and back to ours to get a tool he didn't bring with him, to drive to a hardware store for simple supplies he didn't bring, and for time he spend talking about horses and horse trainers!

He spent hours chipping a little hole in our foundation with a screwdriver and a chisel,

AND HE DIDN'T FIX THE LEAK!

Don't get taken by Ball Plumbing!

Clifford Ball is NO PLUMBER imo
He charged us $810 ($135 per hour for 6 hours) and DID NOT FIX THE LEAK!
He billed us for time he spent driving from our house to his house to get a tool he didn't have with him, for driving to a supply store to get simple fittings he didn't have, and TIME SPENT TALKING ABOUT HORSES!
He later agreed to refund 1 hour's charges (how generous), on the same day, but it's been 3 days and we have nothing.
Don't get taken by Ball Plumbing Co.!
