I agree, much better.

This place is so much better than it was, its nice coming home to a clean building. Yes people do some crazy things in apartment buildings, but they are always cleaning the place and it shows.

BALFOUR AND GLACIER PROPERTY MGMNT = LIARS AND THIEVES

I lived at Balfour Place apartments in downtown Seattle for one year. It was a HORRID place to live for several reasons.

Not only is the location and building HORRID, the so-called "management" team at Balfour and Glacier LIED TO ME...
