Balance staffing is the worst staffing agency. Unless you are a Mexican you are treated unfairly. They placed me and my sister in a factory full of only ppl that speak spanish we could not understand them. We ended up quitting and the next morning we were told since we quit they would not pay us for the hrs that we had worked. I worked a 6 hr shift an should be paid 9.00 an hr. The next morning I wake up to Balance staffing telling us we worked for free. I will be contacting the better Better Business Bureau and take it to every extreme possible. They only specialize in placing Mexicans at work. Any other minority they have a problem with. I am calling the news stations and making sure to tell ppl how Balance staffing works. PEOPLE DONT APPLY HERE UNLESS YOUR MEXICAN. YOU WILL BE TREATED UNFAIRLY AND NOT GET PAY. We are not the only ones this happened to.. a african american man worked for 3 weeks for them and he ended up having to quit and they refused to pay him for the entire 3 weeks. THIS IS A BOGUS COMPANY. I HAD TO PICK A STAR AT THE TOP THEY WOULDNT LET ME PICK NONE, IF I HAD MY CHOICE IT WOULD BE ABSOLUTELY NO RATING!!!!!!
