My family has been using this company since the grandfather started it years ago. This week, they failed in a BIG way. There was a small repair that needed to be made to a pipe on Monday. All day I was assured that they would come. On TUesday, I was told that the reason they didn't was because there was training issues for licensing, but they would be here. On Wednesday, again I was assured it was because they were backed up with work! So, on Friday I call to tell them to never mind, and I find that they are closed! Never once was I told anything but "we're trying". I have to say, I'll not use them again. And if you need something done quickly, I suggest you don't either!
