Great establishment but horrible owner

I live in the next neighborhood over so I make my way to Babylon now and again. The price is a bit high, but no more higher than a full spa service salon, so I don't mind because the experience is very comparable, except for the owner....

Waste of my time

I am new to Baltimore & found this spa in my neighborhood (Canton) so I went for a gel polish manicure. Never again. The manicurist didn't even tell me her name--I had to ask. She didn't speak again until just before applying the polish....
