With locations in Northfield and Lakeville, Minnesota, the Center for Sports & Rehabilitation (CSMR) provides the largest and most comprehensive rehabilitation service between the Twin Cities and Rochester.

CSMR offers a full range of rehabilitation services, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, pediatric therapy, hand therapy, and athletic training services.
