At Upper Echelon Fitness and Rehabilitation, our healthcare experts use an integrated approach to treat our clients. Our healthcare team consists of avid cyclists, triathletes, runners, rock climbers, and skiers. We are active and understand the importance of optimal health and performance. We understand your needs and your ambitions. We will get you back to your activity as soon as possible.

Our healthcare team offers Physical Therapy, Chiropractic Medicine, and Massage to help you return from injury to your optimal condition. Our sports medicine team works alongside our coaches and trainers, focusing on safely rehabilitating while maximizing fitness and performance. Our expert billing department will help with insurance billing.

Physical Therapists have the knowledge to help you take care of your body, and to regain function and performance. Our treatment is based in therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, Graston Technique, and education. We use active treatments rather than passive. We use evidence-based interventions in other words, scientifically proven to work! Each treatment plan is unique to the clients needs, and delivered with one-to-one care. You will not be juggled between other clients at Upper Echelon Fitness and Rehabilitation. You will get the service you need and deserve! We offer health insurance billing and cash-pay options.
