Each patient I treat in a different fashion and will receive different treatment methods but will follow this basic protocol: Soft tissue, mobilize, and stabilize. I believe in empowering the patient by providing them with information on how to self manage their case.

I typically see a patient 1X/week for the first month but that can vary depending on the acuteness of the injury. If the patient is compliant, then they typically progress and will be able to lengthen the frequency of visits over a period of time.
I firmly believe in preventative care as well, so I usually advise patients to do movement screens/evaluations with me every 4-6 weeks.
