A diagnostically based treatment plan is established to help relieve an
individuals pain or malady. Additionally, each patient is instructed in
stretching and/or relaxation protocol to help achieve pain relief. As
physical improvement occurs, instructions for exercises and postural
corrections are given, helping to strengthen and stabilize the body in an
attempt to maintain sound spinal, joint and whole body alignment for many
years to come.
