Lighthouse Property Management’s goal is to guide Association Board of Director and its members in keeping Association fees at a minimum without compromising the value of their Association and its assist. Assist Association in receiving the accreditation of the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) requirements; Commercial and Apartment Building owners in maintaining the beauty, and value of their communities, and to protect owners’ investments.
