We are so excited that you have selected We Rock The Spectrum Berkeley. Through the skills taught in our facility, children will develop a positive self-image through guidance and motivation from our coaches. We are committed to providing a fun and rewarding atmosphere at all times. The skills we teach are used to build healthy minds and bodies. Our objective is not limited to just teaching gymnastics, dance, tumbling and cheer skills, but to pass along life skills such as coordination, teamwork, leadership, strength, and determination. We expect the best from our coaches and our athletes, for their performance both in the sport and their actions in the gym. We Rock The Spectrum Berkeley is very proud to offer such a wide variety of activities all at one location. We offer even more to our families! Like education fitness camp, wellness and heath, kids exercise 0-22, fit kids and fit wellness. We invite you come by for a walk though! Now We Rock The Spectrum Berkeley will be offering our brand new state-of-the-art building to cheer, tumbling and dance! Physical education develops strength, flexibility, speed, balance, coordination and power, and over time increases the development of bone density and the prevention of osteoporosis. Participating in physical activity as a youth also helps to build self-
esteem and discipline, lengthen attention span, increase general problem solving skills and help children have successful experiences in school. In addition, people who are active as children are more likely to continue to be active adults and maintain good health habits for life.
