Since arriving from the old country in the late 1800s my family has been integral to the fabric of the gourmet food scene in Montreal. We offer chef quality and gourmet pasta, a boutique of high end and private import wine, and food service distribution. Our gourmet pasta are rolled and sheeted pasta the old fashioned way, 100% semolina wheat, #1 whole fresh eggs, and all natural ingredients. They are also Kiln dried at low temperature to lock in the home-made fresh pasta taste, stable shelf life and easy handling.
