Our team, ownership and advisors consist of building industry experts that have built millions of square feet of projects totaling billions of dollars of real estate in multiple locations. Several years ago, we began the search for a sustainable solution that would allow us to provide non-disruption to existing campuses and provide a green product to eliminate the hassles, waste, and mitigate the risk associated with construction logistics, barricades, temp wall framing, dust control and foot traffic issues that are problematic to project stakeholders in existing campus environments.
