Premiere Therapeutic Foster Care

Premier Therapeutic Foster Care, Inc. (PTFC) provides foster care services to severely emotionally and/or behaviorally affected youth. We place children in homes of trained parents who provide a safe and nurturing healing environment. Many youth in our homes have experienced numerous traumatic events that affect their current behaviors. Our work focuses on helping youth learn to regulate behaviors rather than responding to learned unproductive and sometimes injurious responses. Our foster care agency can help you with foster parent certification, foster parent training, and other child services. We offer Pre-placement assessment, Match youth with appropriate family, Case management, Educational Support, Link to needed professional services, Placement monitoring, Encourage and support youth’s participation in school, cultural, religious and recreational activities, and Permanency Planning. Our goal is to recruit and train exceptional parents who integrate these children into their homes as if they were their biological children. We recognize that these children have special needs due to their history. We work with children and foster parents to keep them safe, build upon their strengths, and address issues interfering in their development.
