It is our policy to be punctual to every service call within the time frame provided. We will arrive at a customer’s home within the appointment window that is promised by our Customer Service Representative.

Our $5 per minute guarantee states that we will arrive at the customer’s home within the appointment window, and provided they have work done, we will pay them $5 per minute up to $300.
