Pilates in its authentic and true form is very specific and requires close supervision to be performed properly. It is the proven way to achieve the benefits Joseph H. That is why we carefully craft every workout to enhance your health and well-being. We offer private pilates sessions, tower equipment classes, personal training and one on one pilates classes, and reformer private classes. Every instructor at Pure Pilates PlusTM has been trained and tested by RomanaKryzanowska, completing a regimen that included hundreds of hours of observation, rigorous training and detailed performance evaluations on the mat and on all specialized apparatus.
