Call today and tech asked me a few questions to see what was wrong with my door. The springs snapped. Not a job for a D.I.Y. kind of guy. He came with his assistant and adjusted the door and fixed the problems that the previous repair man caused. No extra change. Work was done very precisely and the door is working better than new.
