ADT promised $50 gift card for signing up and $50 to each person that I recommended if they signed up. 2 friends signed up but we all got suckered. No one received the gift card even after several phone calls. This is not the best way to start doing business with a customer. But overall ADT is the best system on the market. I tried 2 other providers and sometimes I wondered if I even had a working security system. They never responded to alarm system alerts even false ones in a timely manner if at all. ADT is the best I know, they are always monitoring the system and they will respond when needed. I do feel safe and will never use any other system
