Well, I've never been the greatest cook or the most exquisitely canny housewife, but last Monday I outdid myself in clumsiness. I was taking a hot tray out of the oven when somehow magically the glove slipped, I burnt my hand, then dropped the entire tray on the rug I'd put for the dog to lay on when waiting for his food. A mess is an understatement for the situation. I scooped the meat and vegetables, ordered pizza and started thinking what to do about the large stain of sauce. I found this firm, got a quote and had them over the next day. And since they came with all the equipment and detergents, I thought just a small rug didn't justify the visit so I asked them to clean the carpets in the living room and hallway as well. They looked more than happy to do it, I called for a new quote and it was all very easily dealt with in a matter of minutes. Lovely job. The huge stain is all gone and the other carpets are as fluffy and crisp as never before.
