Conveniently located just west of I-25 at Lincoln Ave, Yoga Trigo offers Vinyasa, Hatha and Restorative Yoga classes. Our classes are typically one hour in length except for weekday noon classes which run 50 minutes to allow our lunch hour clients to fit yoga into their busy day. Classes are offered throughout the day starting with sunrise yoga at 6AM and wrapping up with the last evening class at 7:30PM.

Our practice room is kept at a comfortable 75-77 degrees to encourage students to build heat through breathwork and body movement. For those that work up a sweat or just want to store stuff during class, we have locker rooms with showers for both men and women.

All of our teachers hold a minimum of a 200 hour yoga teaching certification and many are 500 hour level certified teachers.
