WIllie will take your money and not begin the job when he is supposed to. He is never on the job site. Most of the men working for him do not seem to know what they are doing. I have smelled weed at the job site and the men are often sitting around talking to women and smoking. Willie is not reachable when a customer needs to talk to him. He is always asking for more money to complete the job.
