Dr. Rubin, and his staff, welcome you. Dr. Rubin is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association, and it's local division, the Michigan Podiatric Medical Association. Dr. Rubin has two offices, in Fraser (since 1982) and in Melvindale (since 1984).
Although trained in podiatric medicine and podiatric surgery, Dr. Rubin's philosophy is to avoid surgery when possible.
