I called AGS Garage Doors Installation when the night before leaving on vacation, my garage door would not lower. I immediately got to speak with a REAL person who tried to help me figure out how to close it using the emergency pull (which was no longer useful due to previous homeowner`s misuse of it). Then, they sent somone out within 1hr. He worked quickly and not only fixed the problem to close the garage door, but installed a new emergency pull, lubricated the tracks, and had the time and pleasant personality to talk with us a bit - all within just over an hour. What a lifesaver!!!
