Athletic and Performing Arts Center which is a merger of Alpha Omega Gymnastics and Laeral Dance Academy offers the finest gymnastics and dance instruction in Sugar Land and Missouri City. With 2 locations to choose from (one on Austin Parkway and Hwy 6 behind the Double Daves in Sugar Land and our main location on Hwy 6 and Knights Court in Missouri City) you can't go wrong. Athletic and Performing Arts Center has recreational class and competitive teams in both gymnastics and dance. We also offer birthday parties, open gym, parents night out, brain gym classes, musical theater class, dance aerobics classes, and summer camps.
