Puerta Privada is one of Arizona’s best kept secrets. Built in 1943, the original structure housed the Phoenix Baptist Church for more than 50 years. In 2008, current owner Javier Verdugo committed to redeveloping the site to offer elegant, versatile, and affordable event space that borrows influence from Spanish Colonial architecture.
