I have had USB that was not working (malfunction or not recognized) after my two year old kick it while he was play around me and the USB was in my laptop. I tried to fix my computer by installing a new hard drive and upgrade it. After that my computer wouldn't even boot up. I hated to admit that I did something wrong, but I finally gave up and called FileRetrieval.ca. The computer repair was done by their amazing technicians and I learned I was not as good as I thought I was. Thank you and it is back to work I go. A power surge occurred and I was unable to access my HDD. My friend said I need professional help. I sent my drive to FileRetrieval.ca and they recovered all of the files off of the fried hard drive and moved it to a new hard drive for my use. Outstanding job they did!!

Fantastic service, efficient, reassuring, competent and reasonably priced. I had dropped my laptop and ended up severely damaging the hard drive. I took it to a computer tech and he said. Searched extensively, came across FileRetrieval.ca and decided to give them a try. Thank god I brought my laptop to them! They found everything and replaced all of my important photos and videos on a new USB for me. I'm still happy that most of my data was recovered. If you need data recovery, don't take your computer anywhere else.
