Algonquin Arts Theatre

Algonquin Arts Theatre has been presenting live music, dance, theatre, and other popular entertainment programs to the public since 1994. Performers range from individual artists and small ensembles to the full complement of major ballet companies and Broadway-style show casts. Additionally, a variety of films, both independent and from major studios, are presented in the theatre year-round. AAT continues to offer valuable educational programs, diverse performances and artist-lead workshops to nearly 15,000 children, ages 3 to 18, from approximately 250 schools throughout Monmouth, Ocean and the surrounding counties. Our goal is to foster appreciation of the arts and promote lifelong learning, particularly among under-served audiences including the economically disadvantaged, senior citizens, and individuals with disabilities.
