Express Fitness for Women is locally owned and operated by women, for women! Our welcoming, women-only environment encourages members to keep coming back, allowing them to achieve and maintain their health and fitness goals. Come in and try out our unique fitness center! We invite you to meet our staff and members and explore our variety of fitness equipment and classes. Please call for available staffed hours. Members have 24 hour gym access!
