Livermore Zumba with Jeanne

Jeanne began teaching ZUMBA in an effort to inspire others to regain control over their fitness routine. Having struggled with her own weight loss issues for most of her teen and adulthood, Jeanne found ZUMBA in 2009 and became hooked. It's "exercise in disguise" and the perfect cardio workout for anyone that loves to dance, move, and just have a great time. After loosing over 60 pounds with realistic diet, and exercise Jeanne was inspired to get licensed to teach ZUMBA and help others do the same. A licensed ZIN Instructor since November 2010, Jeanne began teaching ZUMBA classes in Livermore in December 2010 and has been going strong ever since.
ZUMBA is positively one of the best workouts around and it's a complete blast. A win-win, as you sweat and don't even realize how hard you are working because it is so much fun. With any exercise program, it is important to LOVE it in order to stick with it. Looking forward to helping you fall in love with ZUMBA too!
